SECTION 2 - WARRANTY COVERAGE & DURATION
At ONE O EIGHT Golf, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a 1-Year (12 months) Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering:
β Manufacturing defects
β Material flaws
β Workmanship issues
Each case is reviewed individually to determine eligibility.
SECTION 3 - PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIREMENT
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required to process warranty claims.
SECTION 4 - WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY
This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from ONE O EIGHT Golf or our authorized retail partners.
β Warranty does not cover:
- Purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers
- Resold or second-hand putters
SECTION 5 - WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS & VOID CONDITIONS
Your warranty becomes void if the putter has been intentionally modified post-purchase, including but not limited to:
πΉ Re-shafting or installing a non-original shaft
πΉ Re-gripping with aftermarket grips
πΉ Adjustments to loft, lie, or weight
Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
