SECTION 2 - WARRANTY COVERAGE & DURATION

At ONE O EIGHT Golf, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a 1-Year (12 months) Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering:
Manufacturing defects
Material flaws
Workmanship issues

Each case is reviewed individually to determine eligibility.


SECTION 3 - PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIREMENT

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required to process warranty claims.


SECTION 4 - WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY

This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from ONE O EIGHT Golf or our authorized retail partners.
Warranty does not cover:

  • Purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers
  • Resold or second-hand putters

SECTION 5 - WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS & VOID CONDITIONS

Your warranty becomes void if the putter has been intentionally modified post-purchase, including but not limited to:
🔹 Re-shafting or installing a non-original shaft
🔹 Re-gripping with aftermarket grips
🔹 Adjustments to loft, lie, or weight

Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.


HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

          1️⃣ Contact us at kim@oneoeight.golf with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the defect
    2️⃣ Claim review – Our team will assess the issue within 5-7 business days.
    3️⃣ Resolution – If approved, we will provide repair, replacement, or further assistance.
